Heather has over 15 years of childcare experience. She has worked as nanny and babysitter with families in areas that include Tennessee, New York City, Boston and Connecticut. Her extensive experience provides the insight necessary to understand the needs of both families and caregivers as well as the importance of building a lasting bond between everyone involved.

Lillian’s Story

Lillian Brennan, born and raised in Connecticut lived a life both typical of and unique to the times. Known as Lil’, Ma, and over time Granma to family and friends she found herself a widow with five children during the depression. Overcoming many bumps along the way Jane, Dalton, Robert, Harold, and Ellen grew into beautiful, loving and uniquely different children and ultimately into mature and nurturing adults. With family values based on God, laughter, education, dance and art, Lillian’s five children sprouted wings and planted roots of their own. The family quickly grew and Lillian’s five children grew to include eleven grandchildren. Eleven turned into over thirty, thirty to forty, and it continues to grow to this day.

The fundamentals and values taught to the five siblings have been passed down from generation to generation. Their times together are spent laughing, learning and loving. As generations nurture new generations their relationships foster greatness, happiness and endless possibilities.

Lillian has been described as a hero, a woman before her time and a mentor who could love, laugh and dance one mean hokey pokey. With her spirit and guidance, The Lillian Nanny Agency continues her legacy.

Lillian Brennan is the grandmother and great grandmother of Tricia Frantz and Heather Dubuque respectively.
